Human Rights

Basic Approach

We recognize that we are required to promote respect for human rights not only within our own business but throughout our entire supply chain. In April 2026, we established the Human Rights Policy to formalize our commitment to promoting human rights initiatives across the entire Group.

Oisix Group Human Rights Policy

1. Basic Philosophy

We respect the human rights, personality, and individuality of all people who work with us. We uphold the basic philosophy of "respecting diverse values and ensuring no unfair discrimination based on attributes such as nationality, race, gender, or sexuality." Under this philosophy, we comply with international norms and applicable laws and regulations, and respect human rights throughout our entire supply chain. This includes the elimination of all forms of discrimination, the prohibition of forced and child labor, and the protection of fundamental labor rights.

2. Referenced Principles and Scope

We support and respect internationally recognized human rights as defined in the "International Bill of Human Rights" and the International Labour Organization (ILO) "Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work." This policy applies to all officers and employees of the Group to ensure that our business activities do not cause or contribute to human rights violations. We also require our business partners and suppliers to understand and cooperate with this policy.

3. Key Human Rights Issues

(1) Respect for Diversity
We respect diversity and inclusion, and prohibit any form of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or nationality. Furthermore, we do not tolerate sexual harassment, power harassment, or any other form of harassment.

(2) Prohibition of Forced Labor and Child Labor
We do not tolerate any form of forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking.

(3) Employee Health and Safety
We comply with applicable laws regarding working hours, maximum working hours, and the provision of annual paid leave to ensure that our employees can maintain their physical and mental health. We also regularly review workplace safety and health rules and their implementation to create a safe and healthy working environment. We do not permit excessive working hours.

(4) Fair Wages
We strive to maintain appropriate wage levels so that employees can lead healthy and cultured lives, while ensuring compliance with statutory minimum wages. We eliminate wage disparities based on gender and promote the principle of equal pay for work of equal value.

(5) Freedom of Association
We respect the freedom of employees to associate or not associate, as well as the right to collective bargaining in accordance with applicable laws.

(6) Education and Awareness
We will disseminate this policy to all officers, employees, and external stakeholders. We will conduct necessary training as appropriate to raise awareness and promote respect for human rights.

4. Reporting System and Remedy

We have established an internal whistleblowing contact point where employees and external stakeholders can report concerns regarding human rights violations or harassment anonymously. In the unlikely event that a negative impact on human rights occurs, we will respond promptly and appropriately with fair and equitable remedial measures toward its resolution.
